08 Aug PPP Forgiveness Portal Opens
Did you know that your PPP loan may be forgivable? The PPP Direct Forgiveness Portal opened on 8/4/2021. See more on the SBA website: https://directforgiveness.sba.gov/requests/borrower/login/
Currently, the requirements for Direct Forgiveness of the PPP are as follows:
- The loan must be for $150,000 or less
- The borrower’s bank must have opted into the program (currently, 600 banks have joined the list right now)
The SBA is also providing a customer service team to answer questions for borrowers at (877) 552-2692 from 8AM-8PM Monday to Friday.
